Design Features

Non-Clogging Self-Cleaning

The relative movement between fixed and movable rings realizes continuous self-cleaning. The constant micro-gap prevents clogging efficiently with only small amounts of low-pressure washing water.

Dual-Gradient Screw Design

The dual-gradient screw forms progressive pressure with reduced pitch and enlarged shaft diameter. It ensures stable and efficient dewatering performance for different kinds of sludge.

Back Pressure Discharge System

The discharge baffle provides proper back pressure to compact sludge sufficiently. It greatly improves cake dryness and achieves ideal overall dewatering effect.
