Design Features
- Non-Clogging Self-Cleaning
The relative movement between fixed and movable rings realizes continuous self-cleaning. The constant micro-gap prevents clogging efficiently with only small amounts of low-pressure washing water.
- Dual-Gradient Screw Design
The dual-gradient screw forms progressive pressure with reduced pitch and enlarged shaft diameter. It ensures stable and efficient dewatering performance for different kinds of sludge.
- Back Pressure Discharge System
The discharge baffle provides proper back pressure to compact sludge sufficiently. It greatly improves cake dryness and achieves ideal overall dewatering effect.
- Wear-Resistant Key Components
The screw blades adopt surface hardening treatment for strong wear resistance. It guarantees equipment precision and a long and reliable service life.
