Volute Thickener
Volute sludge thickener is a reliable continuous solid-liquid separation equipment dedicated to sludge concentration. Design Features
- Non-Clogging Volute Structure
It achieves effective self-cleaning through relative ring movement, preventing clogging reliably. It needs only small amounts of low-pressure water for cleaning, with no high-pressure flushing required.
- Dual-Gradient Screw Design
It adopts a dual-gradient screw structure with gradually reduced pitch and enlarged shaft diameter. This design forms progressive pressure from inlet to outlet, ensuring sufficient and stable concentration for various sludge types.
- Low-Speed Automatic Operation
The equipment runs at low speed with low noise and low abrasion. It is equipped with an automatic control system to realize continuous unmanned operation, with few wearing parts and long service life.
