Automatic Self-Cleaning Filter

The automatic self-cleaning filter is an intelligent solid-liquid separation equipment designed for continuous filtration and automatic cleaning. It is mainly composed of a filter body, filter screen, cleaning mechanism, intelligent control system and blowdown valve. The filter screen is the core filtration component, with adjustable filtration precision (from 10μm to 3000μm), which can be selected according to the actual filtration requirements.

During operation, the fluid enters the filter body, and the solid impurities are intercepted by the filter screen, while the clean fluid passes through the filter screen and is discharged. The intelligent control system monitors the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter in real time. When the pressure difference exceeds the set value (indicating that the filter screen is blocked by impurities), the system automatically starts the cleaning mechanism (scraper or brush) to scrape or brush the surface of the filter screen, and at the same time opens the blowdown valve to discharge the cleaned impurities.
