Bag Filter Housing

The bag filter housing is a core component of the bag filter system, mainly used to install and fix the filter bag, and provide a closed space for the filtration process. It is made of high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316L) and other materials, which can be selected according to the corrosiveness of the filtered fluid and the working pressure.

The housing adopts a compact design, which occupies a small space and is easy to install and integrate into the existing production line. The top of the housing is equipped with a quick-opening cover (flange type or clamp type), which can be opened quickly to replace the filter bag, greatly reducing the downtime. The internal structure of the housing is optimized, with a reasonable fluid flow channel, which ensures uniform distribution of fluid in the filter bag, avoids local pressure concentration, and improves the filtration efficiency and service life of the filter bag. The sealing surface of the housing is processed with high precision, and equipped with high-quality sealing gaskets, which effectively prevents fluid leakage during the filtration process.

Design Features

High-Strength Housing Structure: The housing is made of thickened steel plate, and the structure is optimized by finite element analysis, which has strong pressure bearing capacity and impact resistance, and can withstand the working pressure of 0.1MPa-1.6MPa, ensuring long-term stable operation.
