Bag Filter Housing
The bag filter housing is a core component of the bag filter system, mainly used to install and fix the filter bag, and provide a closed space for the filtration process. It is made of high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316L) and other materials, which can be selected according to the corrosiveness of the filtered fluid and the working pressure.
The housing adopts a compact design, which occupies a small space and is easy to install and integrate into the existing production line. The top of the housing is equipped with a quick-opening cover (flange type or clamp type), which can be opened quickly to replace the filter bag, greatly reducing the downtime. The internal structure of the housing is optimized, with a reasonable fluid flow channel, which ensures uniform distribution of fluid in the filter bag, avoids local pressure concentration, and improves the filtration efficiency and service life of the filter bag. The sealing surface of the housing is processed with high precision, and equipped with high-quality sealing gaskets, which effectively prevents fluid leakage during the filtration process.

- High-Strength Housing Structure
The housing is made of thickened steel plate, and the structure is optimized by finite element analysis, which has strong pressure bearing capacity and impact resistance, and can withstand the working pressure of 0.1MPa-1.6MPa, ensuring long-term stable operation.
- Quick-Opening Cover Design
Adopting flange type or clamp type quick-opening cover, which can be opened without tools or with simple tools, and the filter bag can be replaced in a short time, improving the maintenance efficiency and reducing the production loss caused by shutdown.
- Precision Sealing Design
The sealing surface of the housing is processed by precision grinding, with high flatness and smoothness. Equipped with fluorine rubber, nitrile rubber and other high-quality sealing gaskets, which have good sealing performance and corrosion resistance, effectively preventing fluid leakage.
- Optimized Internal Flow Channel
The internal flow channel of the housing is designed according to the fluid dynamics principle, which ensures that the fluid flows evenly through each filter bag, avoids local eddy current and pressure concentration, and improves the filtration efficiency and service life of the filter bag.
