Candle Filter
The pressure candle filter is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment designed for high-viscosity, high-solid-content and fine-particle slurries. Its core component is a group of candle-type filter elements arranged in parallel, which are made of porous materials such as ceramic, stainless steel or polymer. The filter elements are installed in a closed pressure vessel, and the outer surface is covered with filter media (such as filter cloth or filter membrane) according to the application requirements.
During operation, the slurry is pumped into the pressure vessel under high pressure, and the liquid phase passes through the filter media and the porous structure of the filter element to form clear filtrate, which is collected and discharged through the central pipeline of the filter element. The solid phase is intercepted on the surface of the filter media to form a filter cake. When the filter cake reaches a certain thickness, the system automatically starts the backwashing process, using high-pressure gas or liquid to reverse flush the filter element, so that the filter cake falls off and is discharged, realizing continuous filtration without stopping the machine.

- Candle-Type Filter Element
The filter element is designed in a cylindrical candle shape with a porous inner core and an outer filter media layer. The unique structure increases the filtration area per unit volume, improves the filtration efficiency and dirt-holding capacity, and the filter element is easy to replace and maintain. It can be customized according to the characteristics of filtered materials to enhance adaptability.
- Automatic Cake Discharge System
Equipped with an intelligent automatic cake discharge system, which can monitor the pressure difference of the filter element in real time. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the cake discharge is automatically triggered, and the cake discharge time and intensity can be adjusted according to the actual working conditions to ensure the cake discharge effect and avoid filter element blockage.
- Corrosion-Resistant Structure
The whole equipment adopts corrosion-resistant materials, and the inner wall of the filter vessel is treated with anti-corrosion coating, which can resist the erosion of acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive media, and is suitable for various harsh fluid filtration scenarios.
- Uniform Fluid Distribution
The internal flow channel of the equipment is optimized and designed according to the fluid dynamics principle, which ensures that the slurry is evenly distributed around each filter element, avoids local material accumulation, and ensures the consistency of filtration effect of each filter element.
